How to remove pillion from Triumph America?

Just had a tumble on my 2007 Triumph America (ouch) during which one saddlebag got torn off, and I want to get it sewn up by a leathersmith. How do I take off the passenger seat to remove the remaining saddlebag?

Haven't had mine on for awhile but I think you remove the rear bolt and slide it off the button head front bolt.

8 mm wrench to remove the rear bolt pick up a lil on the rear of seat (to keep from scratching fender) push forward to unlock it from front cam bolt . while you have it off use a good polishing compound and give the rear fender a good polishing the rubber stoppers on the bottom of that seat play H^LL on the paint

If your not living on the edge , your taking up too much space.

Tell her it makes her bum look big.

I won't stop riding because you tell me about someone who died in an accident, just as I won't stop eating because someone died of e.coli.
