Hachoo! - 3 Demerit Points

It seems hard to believe that there can be any more to this story than is reported here:
http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/UK-..._Nose_At_Wheel

I guess that we can only hope that the British police & justice system, after sinking to this ultimate low, will feel shame & embarassment over this (now publicised) incident and might actually strive to improve themselves.
Wishful thinking ?

According to the police it's an alleged traffic offence and with the procurator fiscal which is something unique to Scottish law, and they have the discretion not to prosecute. If common sense prevails this is what they should do.

Thats just snot fair. It was some harmless hanky panky and who nose what will happen if the cops start acting like silly boogers.

Surely he should have been fined if he hadn't blown his nose?

I mean we all know how distracting it is to sneeze whilst trying to control a moving car, there a few seconds where anything could happen and you wouldn't respond at all.

Preventing that is just sensible.

Thats SNOT funny!! If the guy would of kept his nose cleaned in the first place, then all these things wouldn't have gotten all boogered up!

I'd have apologised profusely then sneezed all over the bastard who was writing out the ticket. Then for good measure I'd have wiped my nose with it!

Obviously a good use of police time - after all whats the alternative?
Chasing burglars, robbers, repists, and muggers - who wants that?

God's teeth!!!!!!!!!!!

The police need to be looking into all avenues in keeping things clean and good working order. You two are snot going to do it and without people like that then everything will get boogered up. If the offender would of kept his nose out of things to begin with then there would snot be a problem!
