When Will This Damn Rain Stop?

It has been raining up here in Maine for over 25 days....when the heck will it stop. This is no way to have a bike season. I just want some dry sunny days..is it too much to ask.

There you go!

Here we go - Lee I agree with you 100%.It has been miserable.

I tried using my bike to commute to work for the last month- it seemed there wasn't a single dry day.. if not at the office, then it would hit on the way home...

I got a new car, so things should dry up now.

I think it is a little unfair to blame the Democrats, but if you insist!

I pulled it off the internet.....I thought that it was representative of all riding I like to do in the rain....

I also liked old glory flying.

Okay now I know we are in trouble when me and Sal agree. Hold on a minute I have to look outside to make sure the sky is not falling.

I have wanted to ride my bike to work 50 miles one way and it is a nice ride, but the rain just makes no sense to ride in it. I mean I love riding but I have a car for bad weather. Besides it takes to darn long to clean the bike after riding in the rain.

Then you have to worry about getting hit by an unobservant, cell using cager. I mean if they don't see you on sunny days..... if there is a down pour your chances of getting hit or cut off are pretty darn good.

I know the rule of wash and wax.....If I wash my car it will rain. If I wash and wax my car there will be horrific deluge, flooding, etc.

"I pulled it off the internet.. "- Lee

See, you can't get away with ANYTHING.. In fact I gotta get out of here before a team of dems come over to dispute this....

I wanted to post a photo of Morgan Fairchild in the rain with a white blouse....no support...but I thought it might be a tad provocative.

She just looks so good. Even with out a wet white blouse. :
