Proud Dad for Fathers Day

This has been a very special time for this dad the past month. First my son graduated from college. Second was the announcement that he has been selected by the US Air Force for Officer's Training School. Must say I am very proud of him and his hard work at achieving both goals.

Now he is trying to decide what kind of motorcycle he is going to buy when he finishes all his training. I suggested a used Tiger or V-Strom, but told him to wait and see where his first duty station is.

All I know is all future hunting and fishing trips are on him, it's payback time......

Nice!! There is no better prize in life then to watch our children become successful adults. It's kind of a validation of our ability to parent.

Congrats on a good job of parenting and the best to your son!!

There are few ties that are greater than those a father has for his children - unless it's his daughters ties to his wallet!

I like the idea of sons taking dads on trips, we need to make it clear that the beers are on them, just to avoid confusion, otherwise dads may be expected to pay!

Always good to hear positives about offspring making a go of things congrats & well done!

Congratulations, RT! I don't know what's a bigger accomplishment, the degree or the selection. Good for him, and you done good!
