Hi.
Ok, I dropped the bike 2nd time this summer (first time was on muddy rest area after heavy rain).
Dunno what happened. I was about to leave & turn at the same time on newly cobbled street with wife already sitting on board. Something stuck / moved in the front end (cobble moved or something) and the balance quickly to left and suddenly the bike was down. Bike was othervise fine, but clutch lever broke a bit off the end (functions still fine) and foot beg broke totally off. I'm currently using one of the passanger pegs as replacement.
This got me thinking about the LSL footpeg system for Thruxton. I would like the relaxed driving position, but do these fold properly? I've driven now the bike a lot in gravel environment this summer and I don't want to move any brittler system than the stock. Any other ideas on this front?
What about the foldable clutch/brake lever? Any recommendations on those?
