I would agree with Paas on checking the rear brake first. Then I would check for proper rear wheel alignment, chain adjustment and torque on the rear axle.
Finally, I would suspect the rear wheel bearings or maybe an error in re-assembly due to the spacer location on the axle.
Is your cush drive in good shape?
Is it okay "cold", but after 60km it consistently makes the noise?
How long after stopping before it makes the noise again? Overnight? A few hours/minutes?
If feasible, pull over as soon as you notice it and carefully feel around the rear wheel components for abnormal heat.
