Just a thought for you. Why not have the pieces water jet cut from mild steel which would give you a better finish on the edges than plasma will. water jetting can make holes within .005". pm me if you want more info Des.

I'd love to water jet. However, I have easy access to a plasma cutter. I just send a little time cleaning up the edges. It really doesn't do too bad all things considered.

I have powder coated brackets available. They're in a light texture finish so they look pretty sharp. Let me know if you are interested.
