i replaced mine with this seal, SKF 692263, has worked great, cheaper than triumph and can get it from a local bearing house or auto parts house.

2005 bonnie black, 790cc, sleeper exhaust, airbox cutup,unifilter pods , ai removed, green springs, CR carbs, 118 mains, 55 pilot, clip on 2nd notch, progressive suspension front and back, marine corp emblem.

Same issue here. Seal is leaking.

pz1, Do you know of any common SKF distributors? I've been looking online and I see the seal is cheap compared to bike bandit but with 10 dollar shipping charges, I'm not seeing much benefit. Perhaps your enlightenment can help.

I fought with Bike Bandit over the shipping. Apparently they won't even allow pick-ups in person at all (I'm not too far). I think that's kinda lame they can't ship USPS for $1-2.

Regardless, I paid (ended up buying some other gaskets so I didn't feel completely gouged on shipping) and the seal worked perfectly.

I installed the SKF seal this weekend and so far it's great!

Popped right out with a screwdriver no hassle. i didnt even need to drain the oil. Just leaned the bike over a little with someones help to keep the oil inside.
