With the addition of the STR to the garage the Thruxton has taken on less of an everyday commuter role and more of a "look F'ing cool when you tool around town" one. To that end I'm finally looking to have the seat custom upholstered. It's almost always garage-kept now, which was one of the big reasons I didn't want to go with leather but now I think it can handle it. I'd like to add some comfort padding and still keep it rideable for two-up. It'll still get the occasional 1000 mile weekend trip so not looking to make a plank out of it. I'm based in New York but willing to ship anywhere in the lower 48 if the craftsmanship and price are right.
Really great looking seats. Like the brown, diamond stitched Thruxton seat. Going to contact them in hopes of slimming my stock seat and adding some more comfortable foam. Definitely no leather for me. Great for jackets, boots and belts, but then again, I don't hose those off on a regular basis?
