If you really want a perfect seat , one that is in your ideal comfort zone----- Google "How to make a Motorcycle seat". You use your original seat pan ,so fit is not an issue ,and you use readily available foam from many local retailers. The instructions are very detailed and easy to understand. The resulting seat is perfectly contoured and unquestionably the best seat for YOU ! Should you not want to recover the new seat; just about any upholstery shop can do the job for you at a meager cost.
My avatar has my home made seat pictured. I think it looks professional and it is without question --the most comfortable seat available (should be, I made it to fit ME)-----Triumph aftermarket seats are not exactly plentiful which is what prompted me to attempt this task. Iam almost 70( I did it !) and if you would like close up shots of my seat just let me know---I get questions about where I got it , all the time....................................*with the professional leather upholstery job the cost was about $110.00 total*(vinyl would be less cost)
