You really need to think about what you want. At $600, it's a big decision. When I first installed mine about a year ago, they were louder than I expected. But I quickly grew to absolutely love them as much as I love the bike. I've done 3 trips now ranging from 1,000 to nearly 4,000 miles, and the wind is as loud or louder than the pipes above about 65 mph (even with a 16" Parabellum). I wear ear plugs and a full-face helmet all the time.
Mine yellowed a bit after about 3 months, but otherwise still look great. Stainless steel is a real plus.
