I took the seat back to the dealer yesterday,
I want use the word 'argue' but I had the debate with the parts guy that it wasn't a gel seat.
His argument was that it had the red tag, I pointed out that the part number wasn't correct and that it said 'made in Italy' on the base.
"Well they use the same base, don't they sir!"
To cut to the chase, he agreed to take it back and reorder.
I'm hoping to post a 'Great Customer Service' story here. I'll let you all know.
