I hope someone at Triumph is paying attention to the incredible number of dealer complaints I've noticed on this site. I thought it was just me, and perhaps I was undergoing a spell of bad luck. The dealers are the face of the company. Someone at corporate needs to crack the whip and get all these slacker dealers in gear! We want to ride Triumphs, and we want to be treated like competent human beings, and we shouldn't know more about our bikes than the certified mechanics and service managers. Get it together guys!
