I have not yet been satisfied with a dealer experience. I am not hard to please. Take care of my bike and be fair about it. Paying 90 bucks an hour, I feel like I should be getting a lot for my money! I have dealt with four dealers so far in three different states. Only one of them had me at hello, and they shut down recently! One of them quoted me one price for an 8000 mile service, then called me when they were done and told me the price. It was more than twice what they quoted me. No warning at all. The other time I scheduled an appoinment to fix two recalls, drove 200 miles, waited there two hours, and they told me they didn't have the part. I have just about given up. I realize there is very little customer service left in the world, and dealers are in business to make money. They don't really care about you or your bike. They want your money, period. Very dissapointing. However, I have found dealing with Triumph of North America to be very pleasant. No problems. I dream of the day when I will walk into a dealership and actually walk out of there satisfied. Wish me luck.
