HOLEY %$@#$$$!!! 18K Mile $ervice Co$t$ ???
All I can say is WOW.
I called my neighborhood Triumph dealer, they told me the 18000 mile service is $1000USD. ??? Is that normal? I was told originally that I needed it and that it was in the $400 range. This guy, in broken Spanglish, told me that the valve adjustment was a huge job, they charge for 6 hours at 90 bucks per, and he had his estimated bill up to $1000 with parts he expects I need.
Is this normal, this high, and is it a straight hour estimate?
I tried the other dealer in South Miami, they gave me a good reason to haul but outta there- $100 an hour- that was the minimum to hook up the computer to read fault codes when my engine light was on...
Any help is appreciated- thanks in advance.
