Absolutely. "OTD" is probably the most meaningless term there is, given the wide variation in taxes and government mandated fees from area to area. Dealer total before taxes is the only valid way to compare prices. That way you can tell who's gouging you on price itself, delivery, setup and/or documentation fees. The taxes will vary by where you live, not necessarily by where the dealer is located; so you're going to be stuck with those either way, no matter which dealer you choose.
