the tiger for some reason likes to loose the battery.
I havent had a problem but they never seam to be tight when removing the battery.
I thought it was all the extra ring terminals on mine (from all the gadgets) but I know several people that have been caught out.
it may be somthing to do with the plastic box allowing the battery to move slightly. always the negative side to!
