Har[d]ley a Triumph Victory
I see nothing Triumph about this effort. It's a parallel twin, big deal, it would be easier to name the companies that have not made a parallel twin - so its nothing distinctive.

The frame and seating position is nothing special, could any number of motorcycle brands. The whole thing could be a Korean or Chinese entry.

If someone ran a competition 'Name this bike?' if it wasn't for the headlines you would only be guessing.

I sure hope the 'Triumph managers/executive' have a different vision of the final product other wise it could be the biggest flop since the Norton rotary [a good idea, but not what the public wanted] or the Ford Edsel/Nissan Cedric/Leyland P76 [pick a country].
