I had both for my Speed Triple, they have good and bad in both.
If you have the money, get the Triumph version, it's more detailed, but the major detail is in the engine manangement which you have no reason to want to read unless you have the Triumph "gameboy". For all other repairs and trouble shooting, they're almost the same.
If you get the Haynes, make sure it's got the updates for the alloy rim model. It's the only one I have now.
