Granted they were some-what busy with sales, maybe 8-10 sales while i was there, though they had 5-6 salesman on the floor. The part that really got me hot was my salesman was constantly trying to work other sales before my sale had finished.
After over two hours of waiting i finally got into the sales room to finish the paperwork, i was told to wait in the 'waiting area' for my salesman to get me to go over the bike. I now know why it is called a 'waiting area' i waited there for almost another hour!!!
During my time in the 'waiting area' my salesman walked by not acknowledging me and even after i had another employee page him twice, he finally comes to tell me that the Carb on the Thrux was sticking and that the owner of the place was not going to let it leave today (i am glad that at least the mechanic was on the ball, though he said that it was fixed) so me and my brother-in-law who i drug up there with his truck to haul it home left empty handed.
So now i have to wait to hear back from them and they are going to deliver it (@#@@ right they better) and they were even going to waive the usual $100 shipping fee (wasnt that nice of them?). And the fun part is that he said it would be delivered sometime this week before 5 p.m., good thing i only work till 4 p.m. and live5 minutes from the office....
Unless you really like having a headache or leaving a store empty handed, i would suggest that you dont step foot in the place. BTW this place sells many different brands and is fairly high volume.... the Triumph section is back in the corner. I wouldnt be surprised if they dropped Triumph or vice-versa. Hopefully Triumph will drop them first, my next task is an e-mail to Triumph of USA.

I bought my Bonneville T100 there and I won’t be going back for my first service. Yes, I had to wait on the bike, but I only waited because they told me it would take an hour that turned into 2 hours. No big deal other than the fact that when I got home and I am admiring the bike I discover that it is low on oil, over a pint closer to a quart. Also my idle was set too high causing me hard start up problems. I answered my Triumph questionnaire accordingly. I advise all others to do the same no matter where they purchase their motorcycle.
