Two Solutions really,
Cancel your insurance and go with E bike .com. These cover you insurance wise for 365 days of the year as standard.
Secondly try this company Four Counties. I always use them when Im away on the continent for recovery as they have been really cheap and they are used by a company I went track racing with in France a few years ago and had to recover 2 bikes with no problems.
