It's worth it!
It's been discussed here in a few other threads. Bascially a bit more coverage would be appreciated byut wopuld spoil the "naked look" so it's a good compromise and much cheaper than a carbon one which would not last as well as the plastic IMO.
The rear spring and pipe is well protected but the silencers aren't protected very well at all.
