Since I don't know exactly what fittings are broken, I can't tell you what their names are. And, it has been over two years since I owned a TT600, so I hope somebody with more current knowledge can set me straight when I wander off the truth.

I am guessing you have broken quick disconnect fittings where the fuel lines enter the tank, but your descriptions confuse me just a little. If you take off the tank and look at the bottom, there is a round object bolted up to the bottom, and it is about four inches or so in diameter, maybe a little bigger. That's the fuel pump. The fittings that break off are a red one and a white one. The fuel lines have a corresponding fitting. You can get replacements for both from Colder Industries, but I don't have the part number. Or, you can check with Team Triumph in Wisconsin for their metal replacement fittings. I doubt you have to replace all that much as long as you can get the broken parts out of the fuel pump. Take everything apart and you will have an easier time with it. I can't help much more with the job, since I was one of the lucky few who never broke a fitting in spite of having the tank on and off a lot.

You mention a broken throttle part, but I don't understand what is broken. From your description, it sounds more like a bent part somewhere or dirt in the assembly. If the grip is damaged, it isn't a huge deal. If something else is damaged, it isn't a big deal either. If you end up replacing the throttle cable (or the clutch cable for that matter), make sure you reroute them exactly as they were before. If the throttle cable and clutch cable switch places where they go around the steering head, you will have some exciting throttle behavior at full lock.

No, S4 fairings don't bolt right up. The whole fairing stay is different, the front end wiring is a bit different , and an S4 has the coolant overflow bottle under the seat somewhere instead of hanging off the side of the radiator. You can certainly run the bike with no fairing lowers, but you won't have front turn signals. You can run it with no plastic at all if you want, but you will have to take off the ram air tubes since they will flop around without a front fairing to stabilize them.

I hope this helps.
