I just got a seat cowl too.
It came with 2 bolts and 2 clear plastic washers, instructions, etc.
The above posters are right. It goes on easy.
I actually decided I don't like the looks of the seat cowl and prefer just my sargent seat, so if anyone wants/needs a "fusion white" seat cowl for the 04-07s let me know. I'll give you a good deal. It's in mint condition... I put it on, looked at it for a while and put it away..
