1. You don't need a new tank, just the fittings.
2. Like you say, the bodywork can wait.
3. Make sure the subframe and fairing stay are straight. Both are pretty easy to bend in a crash, although it isn't a big deal if they are bent a little.
4. Daytona 600 and 650 pegs and brackets will also work, as will S4 parts.
5. The levers don't look broken, and the throttle doesn't look like it needs to be replaced. Are you thinking about rash or function? You can actually break the clip-on bar clear off without needing to replace the throttle itself when you put it back together again.
The fairings you still have look like they can be repaired. ABS cement will glue any cracks back together, then body filler, sanding and paint will get you back to looking pretty good without buying all new parts. Look at Sharkskinz for a tail section. It would be race plastic, so you would have to cut out for the taillight and paint it, but it would be a whole lot less expensive than OEM plastic.
