The Front Fender is not a big deal, this is the original Thruxton Fender with the brackets from the Bonneville screwed on.
You have to bend the bracket a little in the desired shape...
which work very easy since the material is not very thick.
After that, I welded the front and the rear Bracket in the middle together (behind the fork leg). Ready...
As I wrote, the bracket is realy thin and lightweight, and there is no need to mount the bracket to the Fork
(like it is on the Bonnies) is enough to screw it to the fender.

There's a lot of modified Bonnies around and I am pretty shure, you can get
a cheap used set of the brackets (like I've done).
