My replacement disks are just beginning to feel weird again after about 2,000 miles. I'm going to do a few braking runs to make sure, but if they are warped/badly annealed then I'll be back to the dealer too.

My mate bought a s/h Tiger with 3 days left on the 2 year warranty. Took it in for an inspection as he thought the discs were warped and Triumph changed them without question. It's obviously a well documented, known problem that dealer's should have little issue with.
