I'd pass too, unless you got it dirt cheap. And maybe even then. Obviously the fan sensor died and they hotwired it through a switch. Huge mistake for a bike with no temp gauge, unless you run the fan on the whole time it's running. In which case you'll be buying a new fan soon. And you don't know how many times the engine has been cooked.
In fact I just changed my mind. I would pass, period. If you've got $4400 you can get a very nice one, maybe with more miles but if it's been taken care of, they don't matter.
