I also have and enjoy a CL-SP. Using it for about 7 months now, and worn it through a cold winter. As long as you make an effort to breath down out of the helmet when you wear it, it does a good job of not fogging down to about 10-12F. Below that it just ices on the inside.

Solution = flexible snorkel tube to breath out of.
Cost = $2 at any hardware store.

Otherwise I have been very happy with my cheap'ol'HJC. I know a lot of you don't like them, but it's fits my head like a glove, which of the 15 helmets I tried on this was the only one to be "right". As we all know the fit matters in the protection it gives you, so for me it's the safest helmet under $600.

Visor changes are simple. Upper vents do next to nothing, but with all the vents open as long as you are moving it's fine. Matte Black is holding up better than anticipated(yay). All around great deal for a helmet that meets DOT and SNELL certification.
