My faves are the Ikon fork springs, Ikon 7614 shocks (I got the Thruxton/Scrambler-length models to quicken the steering), and EBC floating brake disc on my T100. Also, rejetting is beneficial even to those who keep their engines stock: a washer or two under the needles and an idle mixture adjustment can do wonders. Finally, be certain to properly bleed your brakes (they're not always bubble-free as delivered by the dealer) and keep your tire pressure at specified levels.
