When I picked up my Tiger in 06 I had the dealer install the TOR pipe and Tune. I have NEVER had any issues with the mapping. Bike runs strong with a nice, slightly deeper growl at idle. when it opens up a bit at higer revs, It develops a wonderful sound. I wouldnt even think twice about doing it. For me its just right.
