+1. I just did this job.

Wide spacer on the left side, wide end of the spacer into the wheel. Other spacer on the right side. Clean them and apply some grease.

I use a longish 3/8" extension (or any equivalent piece) to knock out the axle bolt from the right side. When re-mounting the wheel, I use the extension in the right side to hold everything in place while I line up the left side and start the axle bolt.

The brake caliper should be removed and placed out of the way until the job is finished, without disconnecting the brake line.
