Dead Tiger

Hi There,
I recently bought another 955i Tiger that had been layed up for 20 month's or so. The problem is the Veto-Evo alarm seems to have been left on untill the battery died effectively imobilizing the bike. I've looked on the Datatool website and got their reset codes but nothing seems to work or I'm doing something wrong. Does anyone know a way out of this? Can I just disconnect the alarm completely? If it were a case of just unplugging it that would be easy from a thiefs point of view so I'm stuck.

HELP. itchy.
