Re-Route the speedo cable outside the lower cable loop. While you have it disconnected from the hub, pull out the cable and lube it good (I use white lythium grease). Put it back in the hub with the housing outside the lower retainer loop. This loop puts too much angle on the cable and it will "BUZZ" under 40 degrees. By leaving it out of the loop it decreases the bend angle.
Worked for me and many others on a thread about 4 months ago.
