This is terrible news. I was planning my 24K service with Millerbuilt!
I have had nothing but horrible experiences with Colonial. I was riding the 90+mi to Bill's place since they knew their stuff. They totally went to bat for me on the warranty replacement of my fuel tank.
Velocity is good, but AFAIK, they dont have the capability to do the EFI tuning on the Hinkley bikes. At least that was the last I checked. Per the desk person, since they arent a Triumph dealer, it takes twice as long to get parts as they have to go through a Triumph dealer to obtain them. Good wrenches at Velocity.
What a bummer.
