I have a Garmin NUVI200 that I bought at Best Buy for $200. I use it car, truck and bike. I have the suction cup mount on the upper left side of my National Cycle Wind deflector windshield. I used some tie wraps to safety the mount in case the suction cup lets go. It has once so far. If it rains, I will take it off and stick it in the tank bag or a pocket. It is real easy to see mounted high and to the left like that and is not in the way at all. I mounted an accessory socket on the left handle bar, so I can plug it or a tire pump or anything else in there to a 10 amp fused power source. Can only hear the NUVI200 riding in town, but since it gives continuous distance visually to the next turn, it is not hard to use it. It is also cheap enough that if it gets stolen, or ruined, it is not a great loss.
