cpettit, Welcome to the forum. More than likely you'll, at minimum, need to install a new quality battery, drain the gas, a coolant flush and oil/filter change. Tire age has to be suspect in my book. If it died just after running and hadn't been put away for three years I'd check the 40 amp fuse.
