In a nutshell:
1. Upload a photo to your album
2. Go to your album and find a pic (I'd recommend using the smaller size).
3. Right-click on it and choose open image in a new window.
4. Copy the full URL of that image.
http://www.triumphrat.net/albums/album377/aac.sized.jpg for example.
5. Click on
in your reply and paste the URL in that field.
