Desi-so much depends upon the dealer you go to. They ARE Triumph to the customer. Most dealers I've been at have been very professional. The bad ones tend to go away after a while. In the instances where I had parts issues, my dealer was able to get fast response from Triumph. I have no complaints with the manufacturer. If you've ever dealt with other manufacturers for warranty issues or parts problems, you'll really appreciate how good Triumph is.
