The "billybars" might be a good starting point for making forwards, if that's what you intend to do.

Then you would have to fabricate some linkages.
In the meantime bother a local dealer about some test rides and see what you think about the pegs. I used to use a highway bar exclusively on my 68' TR6 but no longer like the position.
