Get a battery tender! Tach is looped back thru' #3 coil, if the coil is going south or the spade connectors are gummed up and proper electrical contact is compromised - the tach will go spastic and you'll start missing on #3 cycl. Make sure of a good electric contact at all low tension connectors to all coils - and ensure a firm fit. If the battery is over 2 yrs old or of an unknown age - get a new one. The vacuum line wasn't kinked at all. heh?
A 130 Dynojet jet is comparable to a 120 Mikuni - Assuming the carb diaphragms are in good condition, those little O rings are in place and the float needle valve is not indented and them floats - well float etc... I would imagine that something like a main no more than 140, the clip in the middle or maybe down one or split, no change to the pilot and 21/4 - 3 turns out on the fuel screw. With all the airbox bits on, that is. My thoughts are that you have an electrical issue primarily and a tuning episode later, once she's running. Put some new plugs in her while you at it and gapped good! OEM's are fine:- NGK DPR 9EA-9 !
