Do I wear a helmet? Yes..because my state says so not because I want to. Non-mandatory helmet states have some of the lowest rider fatalities in the US. and not because they are less populated either as some will be quik to argue. Not wanting to sound flippant about the whole thing but, Let me decide! and dont saddle me with High insurance rates as a result. Let me take responsibility for my actions.
