Everyone has mentioned very good ideas on travel out west, I live in Colorado near Rocky Mountain Nat. Park and you can enter the park on the east and travel up over the continental divide (Trail Ridge road) at over 12,000', great views and a great ride but it doesn't open til May 24th. Wherever you pick it will be a great trip for you!
