Hi Guys-
Been a while since I've been on here, hope everyone is doing well! With Valentine's Day fast approaching, I have a boot question to throw out to you. My husband really loves the "harness" style of boots, they are sort of like a square-toed cowboy-looking boot...and I was just wondering if anyone who owns a 1997 'Tona has tried this style of boot? The reason I ask is because the rather high squared toe (some brands moreso than others) seems like it might interfer with the gear shifter...? But maybe not? Does one need to get UNDER the shifter on 'Tona, or is the standard shifter one of the "rocker" styles? If it is a rocker style I don't think there'd be an issue.
I may just end up getting, both, the harness style boot for everyday play and walking about, and then, also get some nice, comfy riding boots. Maybe Puma's?
What do you guys recommend for basic sport touring/everyday riding? (Currently my significant other wears sneakers! Nice, huh?)
