its ok to ride!!
dealers are only as good as their employees.I travel 40 miles one way for service for my bike..at 6000 mile intervals..at least once a year ..maybe 3 times in 2 years..talk to them to see if they "talk the talk and walk the walk"...going once and having the job done right and complete is my right and not a privilege...I have a new dealer here in washington and will give them the opportunity to earn my business..and if I am not satisfied then I will tell them and let them participate in the solution(especially if they are the problem).I had a prior to purchase problem with a dealer here and have never returned and have read of other rats who have a love/hate relationship with them.Good luck!!
