Just the lower bracket on the pipe and the bolt that holds the bracket on the back of the silencer. All slides off then.
Drilled out the rivits on the heat shield. Than ended up using rivits to reattach to silencer. That took awhile to do. Couldn't get the rivits supplied by Triumph to pop. Ended up having to cut the gun off one and grinding the head down. I know others say they have used screws but thought might be to easy for them to vibrate loose.
