I've had nothing but problems with Ridegear.com. I ordered a brake rotor about 4 months ago, and never received it. They can't be reached by phone, and rarely respond to emails. I finally got a response via email, and was told that the item was discontinued and that I would receive a refund. I've pretty much given up on getting a refund, I just email them ever couple weeks to remind them I havn't forgotten. Sometimes they respond, and always say that I should be gettiing my 75.00 refund shortly. After over 4 months, ill be lucky to get anything back.
