Still no exchange shipment, no credit to card. Was able to contact a person at RG on the 24th. They had no record of the exchange item requested, despite having spent 10 minutes with a prior person when I goit the Return Auth Number, and inspite of the letter enclosed with the return. This person stated that they had not issued any credits, etc. She stated that they would ship the exchenge item that day and she would issue a credit (24.00).
TO DATE: ----- NO CREDIT, NO SHIPMENT. If product and credit do not appear soon, I will be contacting BofA, and filing a complaint with authoritiies. This is wrong.
