To all S4 owner's. I need your help

OK now looking at the rear of my speed four it don't look right. the rear mudguard isn't inline with the rear wheel or the swinging arm. Im wondering if it's usual for it to be like this. Also my number plate is mounted wonkie which lead's me to think that the bike has always been this way (it has been crashed). I ask if you guy's could have a look at the rear of your bike's to see if it is all straight. Any picture's would be great (obviously with the number plate covered).
Many Thank's
