Just a word of caution here. If you are really going to make your Rocket run over 150 /160 You might want to look at the aero package. I've got the big clearview screen on mine and have run it up to 142 ( GPS reading ) and had to keep as much weight as far forward as possible so feel even some what stable. Fly screen or some kind of mini fairing would probably be best. They limited the top speed at 140, Probably because the ergonomics of the machine where so unstable at speeds above that. Bottom line, the R-3 was built to be a comfortable power cruiser. Just don't think it was made to run at high speeds or it would have come with the missing 6th gear. But if this is your desire, first thing I would do would be Hagon Nitro rear shocks and progressive fork springs.
